Four Levels of Expertise:Coach, Master, Trainer, Master

Becoming a Communication Wizard takes some study, some classes, some experience, some thinking, and a lot of listening. By the time you are at a Master Trainer level, you can guess, with accuracy, someone's life history, after a 5 minute interaction. Would you always be correct? No, but you would have enough information to know how the other's map of reality is creating his/her own problems, and be able to offer three options to the conflict, emotional pain, dilemna, or impasse. These options would be concrete behavioral suggestions that will be possible for the client to execute. People do change their behaviors, but only when aware of new options. Otherwise, they just keep repeating themselves, in most cases. Generalizations are never, always true. This three option benefit will be the marketing position for IDEA Communication Coaches. One hour sessions will be available, when this whole project rolls out around the world, for as little as $35.00 an hour and up to $500.00 an hour. The pay scale will be suggested by IDEA, depending on the training level and aptitude demonstrated, and decided by the Coach or Trainer. For more information, call or e mail us.
